“Whitey” was a F1 Wagyu / Charolais cross. We received him weaned at 535 lbs. Gentle and kept to himself. He was fed free choice our “finish ration”, wheat hay, mixed grass , sudan hay , free choice minerals and protein tubs. He was approximately 1550 lbs at harvest. And yielded over 67%! One of our personal favorites to eat!
